Welcome to Restaurant Krijt, set in a stately mansion on the edge of the centre of Apeldoorn, with the Veluwe as our immediate surroundings. In our cosmopolitan kitchen, influences from all over the world meet produce from close by. We work as much as possible with what our own surroundings have to offer and give it a signature of our own with acidity, spices and surprising flavours.
Our kitchen is rooted in honesty, craft and respect for the season. We let nature set the pace and build our dishes around ingredients at their peak.
