This is a sample menu. We cook with the seasons and work with whatever nature offers at that moment, so the composition of our dishes may differ during your visit.
Wherever possible the menu is adapted to allergies and dietary wishes. Sadly we cannot accommodate every allergy or preference. Citrus, vinegar and onion are part of our base preparations and can therefore not be excluded entirely.
